Eddy Quah is a Subject Matter Expert on PROCUREMENT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (Commercial and Financial Performance) for Global Procurement Organisations and have consulted for KPMG, a Big-4 Accounting Firm; where he supported business visions and strategies with the development of KPI Scorecards and Data Visualisations for value-added reporting.
Eddy provides insights on procurement value definition, value measurement, savings methodology, value assurance, contracts’ compliance & procurement audits, financial & reporting processes / templates, financial planning, forecasting systems and processes. He enhances the credibility and reputation of organizations through improved performance measurements in his consultancy.
Prior to this, from 1986 to 2016, Eddy held multiple senior roles at BP, a leading oil and gas company. From 2008 to 2016, Eddy was the VP and Finance Director for Indirect Procurement & Group Real Estate corporate functions at BP. He was responsible for Procurement Performance Management; directing the Commercial and Financial Performance activities for the functions.
Eddy has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked in Malaysia, Australia, Singapore and United Kingdom during his distinguished career; and has played pivotal roles in integrating Eastern and Western culture and diversity to make an organisation truly global. In addition to Procurement Performance Management, Eddy’s areas of expertise include Business Strategy; Business Analysis; Cost Accounting; Building Business Partnerships; Process Management; Performance Management; Commercial & Finance Management; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); Business Transformation; Change Management; Forecasting; Budgets; Risk Management; Internal Controls; Value Optimisation; Business Process Improvement; Procurement; Contract Management; and Cultural Diversity and Management.
In early 2020, together with two other friends, Eddy founded i-NoCarbon Limited and now advises the team on financial matters as a start-up company. The new start-up will support individuals and SMEs to become more carbon-aware and will work with them to lay small foundations for the future as we all strive towards a world of “no carbon”.
Apart from the Financial & Commercial Management services, Eddy provides Group and Individual sessions on Stress Management & Well-Being Coaching including facilitation of group meditations. He is passionate about building stress management awareness and helping individuals in their personal development to lead a more fulfilling happier and healthier life.

Kwa-Chea (KC) spent her early career in the Information Technology industry and has extensive experiences in the Banking and IT industries; both in the vendor and end user environment.
She has strong project management and business analysis skill in implementing business applications; with seven years experiences at IBM in Malaysia. Three of these were spent in the Systems Integration department providing project management services and business analysis services to IBM corporate clients, with the remaining years as a Systems Analyst for IBM Malaysia Internal Information System Department.
With many years living and working in both an Eastern & Western environment, she has the ability to contribute to corporations where global presence is critical to its success.
